David B. Argo, M.D., is fellowship trained and board certified in orthopaedic surgery and sports medicine. He received his undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering from Vanderbilt University, Nashville, Tennessee, where he was captain of the varsity soccer team. He earned his medical degree and completed an orthopaedic residency at the University of Tennessee. Dr. Argo completed a prestigious orthopaedic sports medicine and arthroscopy fellowship with Mississippi Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine Center, dedicated to state of the art advancements in the treatment of shoulder, elbow, and knee. He has worked extensively with athletes at the high school, college and professional level, including being the team physician for Oak Hills High School, East Central High School, the College of Mount Saint Joseph, and the medical director and team physician for the Cincinnati Cyclones.

Dr. David Argo currently sees patients at the Beacon West location on Harrison Avenue and also the Batesville location at the junction of SR 129 and SR 46 in Batesville, Indiana. He continues to do surgery at the Beacon West Surgical Center, Summit Woods Surgical Center, and the Good Samaritan Hospital in Clifton, Ohio. Dr. Argo is also privileged at Margaret Mary Community Hospital in Batesville, IN, Mercy Fairfield and the West Chester Medical Center.

His interests in orthopaedics include the arthroscopic treatment of the shoulder, elbow and knee as well as general orthopaedic care. He also has extensive training in joint reconstruction and fracture care.

Dr. Argo is licensed by the state medical board of Ohio and Indiana.
